Juan-Manuel Fluxà was born and raised in Santigo de Chile. He is a civil industrial engineer by profession and a computer geek by passion. He lived for over ten years in Shanghai, Barcelona, and Moscow, and has recently moved to the Chilean Patagonia to settle down with his family. During the day, he leads his company’s technological vision and, at night, practices stargazing and astrophotography.

Marcelo is passionate about content modeling, so much so, he spends his weekends creating content models for fun! Yes, we know, he needs to get a real hobby! He's also very interested in content governance, content architecting and headless CMS technologies.  As a Senior Content Solutions Architect at ServiceTitan working in the Product organization, he designs content models that are scalable, support single source of truth and are friendly both to developers and content authors alike.
