Kristen works to enable small and medium customers to get the most out of their relationship with Cloudinary. Being a Technical Customer Success Manager involves first understanding the technical aspects of a business - the infrastructure and systems in place which build out their digital media experience. Then, using this knowledge to collaborate on a plan to bring value through applicable use cases. Each customers' goals are unique, always requiring a different set of best practices. Kristen loves working through this puzzle each time!
Prior to Cloudinary, Kristen worked with on-premises customers at a software company providing a document management platform. She focused on support, implementation, team management and project management.
She has been involved with technology from an early age through different programs and volunteer opportunities.
